The Ophthalmology Directorate is seeking to recruit an experienced Project Support Officer to support the small project team to implement the remaining workstreams of its Electronic Patient Record, mediSIGHT. Previous project support experience is essential for this role, together with excellent communication and organisational skills. This post offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to develop all aspects of project management skills in a very supportive directorate.

To provide comprehensive project and administrative support to the Digital Nurse/Assistant Directorate Manager in the implementation of the Directorate's Electronic Patient Record.

To maintain Risks/Issues log providing status reports as required.

Development of SOPS, training manuals and communication plan.

Supporting clinical staff with the changes needed to move to digital working

To continue to develop the EPR post implementation, producing reports from it's Audit suite as required.

Provision of training for clinical staff in the use of the EPR
