Summary
As a Youth Development Officer (YDO) with WeMindTheGap you will have the opportunity to be part of something special. Our award-winning programmes are delivered to young people with unashamed love, care, and consistency, providing them with the foundation they need to thrive.
In this role, you will be supporting the successful delivery of our in-school programme, delivered across a number of schools in Chester, where you'll nurture a sense of belonging for students aged 11-15 with gaps in attendance and engagement. You will be a role model who is there to make sure that, over the course of their WeMindTheGap programme, our young people in schools can continue to thrive in an education setting, and beyond!
This is a 30 hour/ 4 day per week role, initially on a fixed term 12 month contract.
