About the role:
Bath and North East Somerset Children’s Services are embarking on a current exciting journey in the formulation of a practice model, this will embed relationship-based practice, systemic practice approaches, trauma informed practice and attachment focused social work.
Our practice is values-driven with a strong ethos of child-focussed practice and as a Local Authority we work hard to support children and families at an early stage; we are committed to providing the best outcomes for our children and young people.
We guarantee regular supervision with dedicated time for reflective practice in both group supervision and peer support.
About you:
To apply you will have:
• A relevant social work qualification (newly qualified)
• Knowledge of the legislative framework and legal proceedings that governs children’s services
• Knowledge of theory and practice applicable to social work
• IT skills to enable operation of standard electronic systems
