We offer the opportunity to earn 3 extra days holiday for good attendance. We close at midday on Xmas Eve through to Jan and give time off during the day for appointments where possible. Give staff time off to go to own children’s plays, parents evenings etc. Give a gift from the company on birthdays (flowers/chocolate/ bottle of wine). Christmas party/ hamper, Treat days, Dress down days. If staff have issues with own childcare, we move shifts around to try and accommodate them Managers arrange lunch van treats etc. e.g., wrights van, upper crust, Bugsy’s & breakfast runs. Staff leave early if all children have gone and are still paid. We allow important calls to be made/ received during shift. We offer a 50% staff discount on nursery fees and a discount to nieces/ nephews/ grandchildren. Accommodating a 4-day shift if a staff member needs a day off but has no holiday. Chef cooks staff dinners if they request it. |
