The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of site-based projects across the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards, while meeting client expectations.
This position involves managing site teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving overall project performance from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys and inspections
Manage day-to-day site operations and on-site teams
Oversee projects from start to finish
Ensure delivery aligns with company objectives and client requirements
Maintain high standards of health & safety and on-site compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Identify and support new business opportunities and enquiries
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Travel to sites across the UK as required, including occasional overnight stays
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a Project Manager role within construction or a related sector
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Good working knowledge of site operations and industry standards
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
Valid CSCS card
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication and leadership skills
