Warehouse Operative – Rotating Shifts (Castle Donington)

Location: Castle Donington, Derby Pay Rate: £13.65 ( inclusive of £10 daily attendance bonus -payable subject to attending work) Hours: Rotating Shifts
Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30PM
Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:30PM
About the Role: Our client, a well-established business in Castle Donington, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is a fantastic temp opportunity with immediate starts available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating MHE equipment (training may be provided if required).
Occasional van driving between clients sites.
Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
Performing manual handling tasks while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Checking and verifying stock for accuracy and quality.
Labelling products and maintaining accurate records.
Utilizing basic PC skills for stock checks and data entry tasks.
Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability & Punctuality: A consistent and dependable work ethic.
Attention to Detail: Precision in handling and managing stock.
PC Skills: Proficiency in basic computer tasks is essential.
Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
MHE Experience: Previous experience operating Material Handling Equipment is advantageous but not essential.
