Work autonomously as well as part of the wider MDT As a regional centre you will be required to commute and lone work in the community covering the demographical area of South and West Wales Provide education of all modalities and support patients and their families in making an informed decision Be flexible in your approach to ensure patients receive information tailored to their needs in an open and honest environment where they can ask questions and speak freely to elevate their concerns The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply
