Business Support & Data Administrator (Job Ref 26-18)

Salary - £24,454.04 pro rata, per annum at 22.2 hours per week

Permanent Position - Based in Newton Abbot

Young Devon is seeking a proactive and organised Business Support and Data Administrator to join our team at the Newton Abbot Youth Enquiry Service. This role includes data input and database management across systems, assisting front- of-house operations, and providing admin support for our compliance functions. You will help create a welcoming and safe environment for Young People and staff, support the resources and the core admin team in maintaining a database with strong attention to detail and GDPR compliance. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective service delivery. You will be a member of the welcoming team where your contribution will make a real difference to both staff and Young People using our services.

In this varied role, you will support the service through accurate data input, database management, front-of-house support, and general administration. You will also assist with compliance functions, maintain records in line with GDPR requirements, and help create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for everyone accessing the service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in administration and business support.
