Are you a dedicated and proactive individual looking for a new opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers? If so, we're looking for a Process & Payment Advisor to join our Customer Service team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting customers throughout an important stage of their journey.

What you'll be doing:

As a Process & Payment Advisor, you'll take ownership of prepaid funeral plans from application through to activation, ensuring every customer receives a smooth and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing funeral plans from initial application through to completion
  • Coordinating with funeral directors to allocate plans where required
  • Resolving queries and handling any issues that arise throughout the process
  • Scheduling and processing customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone and providing updates on plan progress
  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of plans to ensure timely completion
