About the Candidate
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and approachable individual who is passionate about supporting learners at the start of their journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will be confident working with a range of people, including prospective students, parents, and colleagues, and be committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. Experience in administration or working in an education setting is desirable, but not essential—what matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn.
How will this person be a Changemaker?
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping positive first impressions and ensuring a smooth, supportive enrolment experience for every learner. By providing accurate information, guidance, and reassurance, you will help remove barriers to education and empower individuals to take the next step in their personal and professional development.
Your attention to detail and commitment to inclusive, student-focused service will contribute to improving processes and enhancing the overall learner journey.
About the Role
As an Enrolment Assistant, you will support the enrolment process from initial enquiry through to successful registration. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all enrolments are processed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining excellent communication with prospective students.
This is a varied role that requires strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Role Responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end enrolment process
• Maintain and update student records in line with data protection and organisational policies
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Qualifications
• GCSE Maths and English Grade A*–C (or equivalent)
Essential Skills & Experience
• Experience of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, or record keeping
• Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
• Experience of handling enquiries (face-to-face, phone, or online)
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Experience working in an education or college environment
• Experience supporting enrolment, admissions, or similar processes

As a Disability Confident Employer and Armed Forces Covenant Member, and with Ofsted Outstanding status across all campuses, we are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing environment where everyone can thrive.
Due to the nature of this post, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
We believe in equal opportunities and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
We are committed to PREVENT and safeguarding the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
