Following the retirement of our highly respected Executive Headteacher, The Dove Valley Federation is seeking an aspirational, inspirational, and forward-thinking leader to guide our schools into an exciting new chapter.
Located near the beautiful market town of Ashbourne, on the edge of the Peak District, our Federation brings together two distinctive Church schools with strong community roots and a shared commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a leader who:
• Inspires and motivates children, staff, and the wider community
• Builds and nurtures strong, positive relationships
• Champions high standards and continuous improvement
• Values every child and prioritises inclusion and personal development
• Embraces and develops the Christian distinctiveness of our schools
• Has a strong track record of supporting sporting participation and success
• Has the vision and drive to take our Federation confidently forward
