Summary
Working in this critical care environment you will be looking after patients on a 1:1 and 1:2 ratio post elective and emergency cardiac and thoracic surgery. The main responsibilities include: Ventilation management Management of specialised cardiac medications Chest drain management Renal replacement therapy Managing post-operative pain Sedation management
