Client Services Coordinator – Domiciliary Home Care
Location: Office-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location - Twickenham TW1 / Sheen Office SW14
About the Role
We are seeking a confident and organised Client Service Coordinator to join a busy domiciliary home care office team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, families, and care staff, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service delivery across the branch.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced care environment and enjoys problem-solving, coordination, and supporting vulnerable people in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, enquiries, and service requests
Maintain accurate client records and update care management systems
Liaise with families, social workers, and healthcare professionals
Support onboarding of new clients and service assessments
Handle complaints and concerns professionally and in line with policies
Ensure continuity of care by monitoring staff availability and coverage
About You
Experience in domiciliary care, care coordination, or office administration (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
Good IT skills (care management systems desirable)
A compassionate and professional approach
