Are you looking for a challenge to gain knowledge and experience of the core areas of complex patient care and discharge on anew community hospital Discharge to Assess (D2A) Ward?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurse who will deliver a high-quality patient care and thrive on the opportunities this post offers. Community health care is changing and fast developing, and it is an exciting time to be a part of the Discharge Business Unit.

As a Band 5 Registered Nurse you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care, including: assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.
