Summary
We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Hybrid Door-to-Door Solar Canvassers / Sales Representatives. In this role, you will engage with homeowners, introduce the benefits of solar energy, and generate qualified leads for our solar sales consultants.
This is a great opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy working outdoors and want to earn uncapped commission while promoting renewable energy solutions.
Duties
Canvass residential areas by going door-to-door to speak with homeowners
Educate potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy
Set appointments for in-home consultations with our sales team
Record and track leads accurately using company tools
Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driving licence (access to a car) is essential
