Salary: Competitive
About the Role:
We are a busy, fast-paced spraying specialist looking for a reliable and proactive Factory Operative to join our production team. • Working at benches and on the shop floor to prepare multiple frames to tight daily targets
• Inspecting frames for quality and reporting any defects or damage
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation in a busy production area
• Following health & safety procedures at all times, especially when working with solvents and at pace
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods and helping with other production tasks when required
Person Specification – Essential

• Ability to think on the move and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, busy shop-floor environment
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and able to maintain consistent quality under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of health & safety in a factory setting
Desirable
• Experience in window/door manufacturing, painting, spraying or masking
What We Offer
