The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning, encourage confidence and help create engaging classroom experiences. You'll play an important role in helping children reach their full potential while building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.

We're looking for someone who:

    • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
    • Has experience supporting children within a primary school setting
    • Is nurturing, patient and enthusiastic
    • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Can inspire confidence and encourage a love of learning
    • Is committed to supporting the wellbeing and development of every child

    What makes this opportunity special?

      • Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
      • A welcoming and supportive leadership team
      • Friendly, dedicated colleagues who work collaboratively
      • Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development
      • A positive and inclusive school culture
      • Wellbeing-focused environment where staff are valued
      • The chance to make a real difference in children's lives every day
      • A school community that celebrates success and supports one another

This is much more than a Teaching Assistant role—it's an opportunity to join a school where kindness, ambition and community sit at the centre of everything they do.

If you're passionate about supporting young learners and want to be part of a school where you'll feel right at home, we'd love to hear from you.
