Griffiths are looking for a Skilled/General Operative to join our civil engineering team, working on a range of construction projects across the region.
What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out general civil engineering and groundworks activities
Tasks such as drainage, kerbing, concreting and excavation
Working safely on site and following health & safety procedures
Using hand tools, small plant and equipment (where trained)
Working as part of a site team to deliver work to a high standard
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in construction or civil engineering
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Dumper and/or roller tickets (desirable)
Good understanding of site health and safety
Reliable, hardworking and team‑focused
