Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support
the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered in
line with programme, quality standards, and company policies
Assist
with supervising subcontractors and operatives to ensure works are carried out
safely, efficiently and to specification
Promote
and help maintain a strong health, safety and environmental culture on site,
including adherence to CDM and company H&S procedures
Support
quality inspections, snagging activities and the closure of defects
Assist
with coordinating site activities, deliveries and logistics to minimise
disruption and ensure continuity of work
Maintain
accurate site records, including daily diaries, safety documentation and
progress updates
Support
toolbox talks, site inductions and basic briefings under supervision
Engage
fully with the Level 4 apprenticeship programme, completing all required
learning, assessments and off-the-job training
Demonstrate
continuous learning and application of apprenticeships knowledge into
day-to-day site activities
Act
in a professional and courteous manner with colleagues, subcontractors,
consultants and residents at all times



















Training
As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a nationally recognised Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 standard via our training partner, Learning Skills Partnership . Your Apprenticeship typically takes 21 months to complete and is fully supported through a combination of regular online lessons, e-learning materials, and access to their team of experts for 1-2-1 advice and support.


Qualifications required

5 GCSEs at grade A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English.
A Level 3 qualification (A Level, BTEC, T Level, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
