Are you considering a future in educational psychology, mental health, or teaching? A supportive and well-resourced primary school in Surbiton is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in Key Stage 1, supporting pupils with additional emotional and learning needs. This role allows you to apply psychology theory in a real classroom setting.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting children with emotional regulation and behaviour
- Working closely with pupils who need additional encouragement
- Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities
- Supporting pupils both academically and socially
Perfect for educators who are:
- Psychology or Criminology graduates
- Experienced SEN or behaviour support staff
- Patient, reflective, and emotionally intelligent
- Looking for meaningful, hands-on experience
