Summary
Thorn Baker Recruitment are looking for an experienced Prototyper to join a well known POS manufacturing business in Leicestershire. They specialise in the supply of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry. utilizing acrylic fabrication, vacuum forming, screen and digital printing.
Pay and Benefits:
• Starting salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
• Overtime paid at a premium rate
• Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Permanent role with opportunities to progress
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Have experience of acrylic fabrication and a good understanding of production build techniques
• Have experience of operating circular saws, CNC's, V Groovers and Lasers.
• Have an understanding and use of AutoCAD drawings.
• Good attention to detail and a good understanding of quality requirements.
• Follow all relevant procedures set out.
• Carry out other departmental duties as required.
• Other duties as required.
What we need from you:
• Good attention to detail and a good understanding of quality requirements.
• Experience working as a prototyper for a minimum of 5 years
• Have strong communication skills with a positive working attitude.
• Be organised in their approach to the working day with good time management.
• An ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal
