We are searching for an exceptional Registered Manager to join us as the driving force behind our beautiful 8-bed CQC-registered care home. Here, you’ll not only run the home - you’ll shape its future and transform lives.

What You’ll Achieve
Champion Compliance & Quality: Take full accountability for CQC compliance, governance, and quality assurance - striving relentlessly for an ‘Outstanding’ rating.
Strategic Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture where staff thrive and residents flourish.

Continuous Improvement: Drive robust audit processes and continuous improvement, always seeking better ways to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Own all safeguarding, incident management, complaints, and statutory notifications - ensuring residents’ dignity, safety, and independence are never compromised.

Innovative Care Planning: Oversee dynamic, personalised care plans and risk assessments that evolve with every resident’s needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Be the respected face of our home - building strong partnerships with families, commissioners, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.

Resource Management: Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources astutely to maximise quality and sustainability.

Compliance Leadership: Alongside our Compliance Manager, develop, implement, and review policies and operational practices to keep us at the forefront of sector best practice.

What Sets You Apart
Proven Track Record: At least 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a care home or health & social care setting - demonstrating successful leadership and delivery of high-quality care.

Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, legislation, governance, and quality frameworks.

Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required.

Inspirational Leadership: Exceptional ability to recruit, train, supervise, appraise, and develop staff - fostering a high-performing, compassionate team.

Integrity & Passion: A role model of professionalism, integrity, and unwavering passion for improving lives.

Resilient & Flexible: Willingness to work some evenings and weekends - whatever it takes to lead our residents and team.

Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to our stunning rural location.
