We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join a highly regarded fine dining hotel and restaurant in Stamford, Lincolnshire — a venue with a well-earned reputation for delivering exceptional quality, every single service.

The kitchen works with the finest seasonal ingredients, creating menus that blend modern and classical techniques. As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef — supporting the daily running of the kitchen, driving prep standards, and playing a key role in maintaining the high level of food quality this restaurant is known for.

We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate, organised and ready to lead sections with confidence. You’ll thrive in a team environment, bring energy to every shift, and have a genuine love for working with premium ingredients. Experience in a similar quality-led environment is essential.

Live-in accommodation is available, making this ideal for chefs looking to relocate. The role may also suit candidates based near Stamford, Market Deeping, Oakham, Corby or the Peterborough area.
