KPI Education is working with a number of outstanding Primary, Secondary and Specialist SEND schools across Richmond upon Thames, recruiting ambitious and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants for September starts.
These opportunities are ideal for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Teaching, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology or wider education services.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence and independence, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
You may support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, SEMH needs and other learning difficulties.

The Role
Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting pupils with SEND in and out of the classroom
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
• Supporting behaviour, wellbeing and emotional regulation
• Delivering targeted interventions
• Monitoring pupil progress and EHCP outcomes
• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and specialist staff

Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential.
