Summary
To provide support, give time to service users within the unit and the community and thus promote recovery. To provide holistic care, taking into account psychosocial and physical healthcare needs of the service user group. To assist Care Co-ordinator or key worker and service user to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans and undertake other assessments as required.
