We are seeking a Workplace Ambassador to manage and support a designated floor within a 10-floor corporate building.​

This is a highly client-facing, non-desk-based role requiring regular movement across the floor to support seating, equipment, workspace set-up and day-to-day colleague needs.

Job Description

We are looking for a natural host who will work as part of the Workplace Experience and Front-of-House teams, supporting client visits and curating an environment that enhances wellbeing, productivity and company culture.​

The role plays a key part in improving the on-site service experience and deploying new initiatives aligned with the ISS Global Strategy while delivering an exceptional workplace experience for UBS colleagues and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for all colleagues on the assigned floor, responding to queries and requests

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring colleagues and visitors feel welcomed and supported

Welcome visitors in person, by telephone and via email, responding promptly or referring enquiries as appropriate

Provide day-to-day support with technology queries, desk movements, events and wellness schedules

Raise and track engineering and maintenance requests as required

Conduct daily floor inspections, proactively identifying cleaning or engineering issues before clients become aware

Maintain strong working relationships and capture colleague and guest preferences to enhance future visits

Support the Workplace Lead with operational decisions and continuous improvement of workplace processes

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong, professional and confident communication skills

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

Relevant corporate, hospitality or customer service experience

Experience working with systems such as MS Office

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A proactive, service-driven approach with a strong focus on customer experience
