Summary

To support recruitment and compliance processes by carrying out background checks and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Right to Work checks
• Process DBS applications and references
• Maintain compliance records
• Monitor visa and document expiry dates
• Assist with onboarding documentation
• Ensure worker files are complete before start date
Skills:
