Duties of a Panel Beater Vacancy:
- Carry out all aspects of vehicle bodywork on allocated jobs
- Dismantling, fault-finding, and diagnostic work
- Re-assembling vehicles using new parts as required
- Conducting inspections and testing for safety and quality assurance
- Identifying faults or repairs needed, prioritising safety and compliance
- Road testing vehicles when necessary, in a safe and legal manner, to ensure roadworthiness
Requirements of a Panel Beater Vacancy:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a professional bodyshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential; we are willing to put suitable individuals through training
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction
