Temporary Assignment
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to support a healthcare environment in Oxford.
This role would suit someone with previous fabric maintenance, handyperson or building maintenance experience who is confident working within a professional patient-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Painting and decorating duties across the site
Carrying out minor fabric repairs
Basic carpentry, plastering and general maintenance tasks
Repairing and maintaining washroom fittings and fixtures
Supporting upkeep of internal and external building surfaces
Working closely with the onsite facilities and maintenance team
Ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally
Requirements:
Previous fabric maintenance or handyperson experience essential
Experience within commercial, healthcare or facilities environments preferred
Friendly and professional approach
Smart appearance and good communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
