As a Part-time Children and Young People Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and individualised care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the individuals in our client's charge. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Engaging children and young people in enriching educational and recreational activities
- Fostering positive relationships and supporting positive behaviour management
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
