We are recruiting a temporary Recruitment Administrator to join our prestigious client in Eurocentral. This is a great opportunity to support the recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This role is initially for 10 weeks, however there may be potential for it to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain recruitment systems and candidate records
- Manage recruitment emails and correspondence
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare interview packs and recruitment documentation
- Support onboarding and pre-employment administration
- Provide general recruitment administration support as required
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience working within recruitment or HR administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
