- Deliver accurate pre-inspections, scope works effectively, and secure timely material supplies to ensure repairs and projects are delivered right first time.
- Monitor and inspect works to uphold quality standards, providing constructive feedback and coaching to electricians and apprentices to embed best practice.
- Oversee health and safety performance across the electrical service, embedding safe systems of work and ensuring risks are identified, reported and mitigated.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with last repair and overall repairs service.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- C&G 2360 Parts 1&2 or 2330 Parts 2&3, or equivalent

- A full UK, clean driving license.
- Ability to advise trade staff and contractors about technical repairs solutions
- An assertive and pro-active approach to resolving technical and people issues and identifying improvements or resolutions.
- Able to demonstrate experience in the Electrical Construction Industry.
- Proficient in working with both single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
