Holy Trinity C of E Primary School is seeking a caring, motivated and skilled Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and nurturing team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support high-quality learning across the curriculum, providing in-class support for whole-class teaching and working with children in small groups or on a one-to-one basis where required. A strong understanding of SEND needs and inclusive practice is essential, as is the ability to build warm, trusting relationships with children.

In addition to fulfilling the Person Specification, the successful candidate will:
• be a compassionate, ambitious and highly skilled practitioner with a genuine love of working with children
• have a strong understanding of SEND provision, and be confident in adapting learning, supporting emotional regulation and promoting independence
• support our belief that every child has the right to an excellent, inclusive and enriching learning experience
• contribute to providing children with secure knowledge, skills and understanding through engaging, well-structured learning opportunities
• have high aspirations for all pupils, ensuring every moment in school is purposeful, memorable and rooted in care
• model and promote the school’s values in daily practice
• be committed to ongoing professional learning and reflective practice
• work effectively as part of a compassionate and hardworking team
• be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people
• Applicants must have at least a grade C or equivalent qualification in GCSE English and GCSE Maths.
