Summary


We are looking for a highly organised and compassionateBankCommunity Nursing Administrator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of nursing admin across Hounslow Borough and Specialist Services.



You will play a critical role in supporting clinicians, service users, and their families/carers, ensuring seamless service delivery.



In this role, you will:
• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for community nursing teams
• Liaise directly with clinicians to ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and documentation
• Act as a key point of contact for service users and their families, providing support and answering queries
• Provide cross-cover to nursing teams across the borough when required to meet service needs



The ideal candidate will possess:
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive, flexible approach to supporting teams and service users
