Summary
Little Phoenix Nursery is due to open in September 2026, a new specialist day nursery we are committed to providing exceptional care and early learning for babies and young children aged 6 months to 3 years. A member of the Yarm School family, the nursery sits within its own grounds close to Yarm High Street.
An Early Years Practitioner at Little Phoenix Nursery will support the Early Years Educators in their key person roles. This is a specialised role supporting children within this critical first stage of early learning; you will balance professionalism with a playful approach throughout the nursery day. Practitioners are committed to keeping routines consistent and making time to help the wider team complete tasks. The supportive relationships and warmth the practitioner brings will enable children to thrive at Little Phoenix Nursery. Practitioners will be encouraged to continue their own learning, mentored by the educators they work alongside.
Specialist training and support will be provided for the continued development of essential skills & knowledge relating to this role and career progression.
