Crynodeb
The Pastoral & Safeguarding Manager at Shaped is responsible for leading and managing pastoral care and safeguarding practice across the organisation. The postholder will act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) and play a key role in ensuring that safeguarding is embedded within the culture, systems, and day‑to‑day practice of Shaped. The role holder will work to ensure that all students are safe, supported, and able to learn and grow within an environment that reflects and upholds the values and ethos of Shaped (www.shaped.org.uk/values).
