Contract Supervisor – FM Service Provider – London Bridge – High profile mixed-use development - Up to £60,000 per annum

CBW is currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity with a leading Facilities Management (FM) service provider based in London Bridge. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality building services within a busy, occupied commercial, residential, retail and leisure environment, ensuring both planned and reactive work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will manage a team of 4 engineers, focusing on supervision, compliance, and contract support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideally suited to someone ambitious and career-driven, with a clear pathway to progress into a Contract Manager role.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm
No Call Out
Overtime Available

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate building maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors
- Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are delivered to required standards
- Review, approve, and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Issue and control Permits to Work in line with site safety procedures
- Monitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies
- Produce reports, track KPIs/SLAs, and support contract performance reviews
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to maintain high service levels
- Identify plant or system defects and coordinate remedial works
- Assist with quotations, scopes of work, and technical recommendations
- Support the Contract Manager with day-to-day contract delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

- Electrically or Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience within FM/building services
- Strong understanding of RAMS, permits to work, and compliance processes
- Experience using CAFM systems and producing reports
- Good knowledge of commercial building services (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Commercial and or Residential experience
- Excellent customer service skills
