Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchised car dealership in Croydon, for the position of Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and driven Service Advisor to join a professional team committed to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving dealership targets.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
- Uncapped earning potential with OTE up to £40,000 annually
- Up to £8,000 in uncapped upselling bonuses per year
- Quarterly CSI bonuses of £400
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Additional overtime paid at 1.5x rate
- Monday to Friday working hours (8am – 6pm)

Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professional engagement
- Manage service bookings, repairs, and workshop workflow efficiently
- Upsell relevant services and products to maximise workshop profitability
- Accurately update e-job cards using dealership management systems such as CDK, Kerridge, or 1 Link
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure timely communication with workshop and parts departments
- Handle approximately 25 to 30 customer interactions per day
- Ensure compliance with dealership procedures and targets
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support dealership goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within a franchised dealership
- Proven ability to upsell and exceed sales targets
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using dealership management software such as CDK, Kerridge, or 1 Link
- Punctuality and a professional attitude are essential
- Client-focused approach with excellent customer engagement skills
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team environment
