Summary
We are currently looking for reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Removals Porters to join our busy removals team based in Crawley.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving the safe lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading of household and business furniture, equipment, and belongings. No two days are the same - you'll be working at different locations each day alongside an experienced team of drivers and porters.
If you enjoy active work, working as part of a team, and meeting new people, this could be the ideal role for you.
Duties will include:- Assisting with domestic and commercial removals
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Lifting and carrying furniture and equipment
- Working closely with drivers and other crew members
- Delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
- Representing the company in a professional and polite manner
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting/manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
- Available for 7am starts, Monday to Friday
- £12.71 per hour
- 28 days paid holiday
- Full paid training provided
