Summary
Taxi Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating taxi bookings, dispatching drivers efficiently, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage customer bookings by phone and computer systems.
Dispatch jobs to drivers and monitor vehicle movements.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and driver activity.
Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer and telephone skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous dispatch, transport, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
