As Store Manager, you'll lead our client-focused team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Operations:
Managing and motivating retail staff to exceed sales targets
Maintaining exceptional store presentation and operational efficiency
Ensuring health and safety compliance throughout the store
Customer Excellence:
Providing expert flooring advice and professional consultation
Conducting confident home visits for measuring and estimation
Resolving customer queries with professionalism and expertise
Business Development:
Driving sales performance through effective team management
Managing inventory levels and product displays
Contributing to store profitability and growth initiatives
What You Bring:
Essential: Proven flooring industry experience and product knowledge
Strong retail management background with team leadership experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident measuring and estimation abilities
Engaging personality with genuine passion for customer satisfaction
Working Pattern:
40 hours per week across 5 days (including every Saturday and alternate Sundays)
