Summary

We currently have a position available within St David’s Catholic Sixth Form College for a dedicated and efficient Student Finance Officer to join the Student Services team in the provision of an effective and efficient financial and administrative service to the organisation.
Job Overview
You will provide high quality financial guidance and administrative support to learners at St David’s Catholic Sixth Form College. The role ensures students can access Welsh Government and college based financial support, helping remove financial barriers so learners can thrive academically, personally, and spiritually in line with the College’s Catholic mission and values.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and MathsA degree, or equivalent, is desirable.
Experience of working in an administrative, finance or customer-facing role
Experience of working with IT Systems
Ability to work well in a team
Job Details
The position is offered as a FULL TIME, TERM TIME ONLY role on a PERMANENT contract and it attracts an actual salary of £26,846 per annum.
Shortlisting will take place on 15th June 2026.
Interviews will be held the week beginning 22nd June 2026. Please note that there will be an in-tray exercise as part of the interview process.
The College operates a Sixth Form College academic year and therefore the Autumn Term begins in late August to allow for enrolment activities.
