JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Part-time (12-15 hours per week).
• Providing excellent customer service over a Post Office counter.
• Positive interaction with customers and dealing with them quickly and efficiently and most of all accurately.
• Ensuring customers are fully informed of all relevant services and products on offer.
• Working towards individual and store targets.
• Completing a variety of transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Demonstrate good product knowledge to customers on key promotions and offers, maximising all selling opportunities.
• Ensuring necessary administration is completed accurately.
• Adhering to all security procedures, ensuring that a high level of security awareness is observed at all times.
JOB REQUIEMENTS:
• Must have experience working in a Post Office environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to participate as a key team member.
• Good level of numeracy skills and accuracy.
• Use initiative and identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with a variety of tasks and queries.
• Confidence in liaising with a diverse customer base and cross selling Post Office products.
• You must be reliable, trustworthy and be flexible with regards to hours.
