Summary

  • 40 hours per week

  • 07:30 - 16:30 (occasional flexibility may be required to cover events, such as working until circa 6pm)

As a Receptionistwith Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for the client and deal with client requests
  • Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Deliver consistent front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor sign-ins, communal areas and meeting room coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support a seamless workplace experience.
  • Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure Reception is a tidy, organized and welcoming space to create a great first impression.
  • Conduct Post Room duties, receiving items or packages and delivering to other users of the building
  • Ensure Mailroom is kept clean and tidy
  • Communicate to customers when items are available for collection

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar client facing or hospitality role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key

  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations

  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
