Summary

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering revenue strategies that maximise profitability, market share and long-term commercial performance across our hotels.

This role is remote with national travel required across our portfolio of hotels.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for leading the Revenue Management function across the portfolio, ensuring a consistent, data-led and commercially focused approach to pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering revenue strategies that maximise room revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Building and developing a high-performing Revenue Management team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and commercial ambition.
  • Leading pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution practices to drive commercial performance.
  • Monitoring market trends and commercial performance metrics, ensuring forecasting and reporting remain accurate and commercially robust.
  • Collaborating closely with commercial financial operations to align revenue strategies with wider business objectives.

About You

You’re a commercially ambitious revenue leader with strong analytical capability and a proven ability to influence performance across multiple properties and stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong expertise in Revenue Management principles, pricing strategy, forecasting and inventory management.
  • Advanced analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex commercial data.
  • A strong understanding of hotel distribution channels, market trends and commercial performance drivers.
  • Experience using Revenue Management systems, PMS platforms and commercial reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset balanced with the ability to make confident, commercially sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a senior Revenue Management leadership role.
