Summary
Job description Salary: Depending on experience Work: part-time, 4-6 sessions (preferably Mon & Thurs) 15-minute appointments as standard. 12 appts AM & PM Well-functioning triage & on-call system. Low number of home visits, Supported by Carepoint for Home visits. Structured sessions with built-in admin/workflow capacity Supported by a strong MDT, including pharmacists and Nurses to reduce GP workload Participation in clinical meetings, audits and quality improvement activities Contribution to QOF and enhanced services as part of routine care Benefits Annual Leave: Pro rata (6 weeks plus 1-week CPD) Study Leave: Pro-rata CPD allowance NHS Pension Indemnity covered Monthly clinical meetings, Safeguarding meetings and palliative MDT Teaching opportunities (Newcastle and Sunderland University Medical students) Leadership and system-level exposure (PCN, Training Programme) Working Environment & Culture Mallard Medical Practice offers a supportive and well-connected working environment.
