Crynodeb
Carer required for 24 -36 hours per week 8-2 / 2-8 / 8-8 shifts.
We are a 14 bedded Residential Dementia Home, caring for people who's behaviours do not impact on the lives of the other people who use our service.
We support and care for people from the early stages of dementia through to end of life, as this is their home, with the support of the District Nursing Team.
We have an Outstanding Rating with CQC and believe in supporting people to reach their maximum potential, with dignity and respect at all times.
We offer the people who use our service a full activities programme in order to keep the people who use our service stimulated.
We work closely with our local nursery to provide intergenerational activities, whether at Heaton House or by visiting the nursery.
We are very pro-active with training in order to ensure our excellent team of carers are provided the skills needed to provide outstanding support and care to achieve the highest standards achievable for the people who use our service.
We never use agency staff at Heaton House to ensure continuity of support and care.
WE DO NOT HAVE ANY SPONSORSHIP LICENCES AVAILABLE.
