An incredible job opportunity has become available for an experienced Charge Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Wellingborough area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers
A specialized, mid-sized luxury home offering elite residential amenities alongside custom, individualised healthcare
As a Charge Nurse your key duties include:
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and nurse practitioners to deliver elite clinical care
• Maintain consistently exceptional quality standards across all care services
• Support resident independence and personal care while upholding absolute individual dignity
• Evaluate resident health profiles accurately to identify and execute care priorities
• Manage medication administration safely in strict compliance with NMC guidelines and internal policies
• Update comprehensive care plans alongside families, residents, and healthcare professionals
• Monitor resident wellness and promptly coordinate necessary GP or external specialist visits
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**
The successful Charge Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £47,500 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
