We are recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager / Deputy Manager to join a brand-new specialist care service in Bury. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Home Manager, lead a dedicated clinical team, and help shape a new service from the ground up.
The successful candidate will have previous nursing leadership experience and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the service, providing clinical leadership and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical governance are maintained.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, supporting and developing nursing and care teams
Promoting high-quality, person-centred care
Overseeing care planning and risk assessments
Managing clinical governance and regulatory compliance
Monitoring and improving clinical performance and outcomes
Supporting staff development, supervision and training
Working closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement
Ensuring residents' physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met

This purpose-built service provides specialist nursing care for adults living with complex needs, including:
Mental health conditions
Learning disabilities
Dementia
Brain injuries
Neuro-disabilities
Physical disabilities

Requirements
To be considered for this Clinical Nurse Manager position, you must have:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) qualification
Active NMC registration and valid PIN
Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience
Previous management, deputy manager, clinical lead or senior nurse experience
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
Experience of care planning, clinical governance and risk management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
