An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Lead Nurse to work in a medium sized care home based in the Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

As the Lead Nurse your key responsibilities include:
• Assist the Home Manager in leading and motivating nursing and care teams while helping to ensure the delivery of exceptional clinical and person-centred care
• Act as the home's clinical lead, combining professional nursing expertise with strong leadership and management capabilities
• Oversee care for residents with complex needs, ensuring compliance with current best practice guidelines, maintaining high standards of clinical governance, and conducting regular audits to support continuous improvement
• Develop, review, and update comprehensive care plans and resident assessments to ensure individual needs are effectively met
• Work closely with the wider care team to provide high-quality, personalised support that promotes the wellbeing, dignity, and independence of all residents
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
• Good clinical skills
• Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**
The successful Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum. This exciting role is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
